Martina Ampuero

Visual Artist and Vj. - Barcelona (Spain)

Martina Ampuero,  aka Antracite, visual artist and vj, holds a degree in Fine Arts at Barcelona University, specialized in painting and illustration and holds a Master in 3D animation at Idec Pompeu Fabra University.

She started her career as an artist working in 3D at Urano Films Producer Company. Here she made 3D scenes, motion graphics and visual effects for the following operas: Sonntag aus Licht, Turandot, Quartett, Tristan and Isolde, with directors like Carlus Padrissa, Àlex Ollé (La Fura dels Baus) and Franc Aleu.

In 2011 she debuted as co-director of a video screened at Münchhausen opera composed by Wolfgang Mitterer and directed by Franc Aleu, with whom she continues to collaborate on projects such as the mappings in the Barcelona City Council during La Mercè Celebration (2011and 2012).

Currently working on The dream as 3D artist.
